This Thursday, June 29, we are pleased to invite you to the last Breakfast of the Life Science Kraków Cluster before the well-deserved summer break. This time we will meet with the Ipso Legal law firm to jointly discuss the topic of new regulations for clinical trials in Poland.

The topic of the meeting will be new regulations regarding clinical trials in Poland, which were adopted on March 9, 2023. We will present the most important aspects of the new regulations that supplement Regulation (EU) No. 536/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council and explain their consequences for various entities involved in clinical trials.

Did you know that changes have recently been introduced to the Act on restrictions on conducting business activity by persons performing public functions?

The new regulations introduce the obligation to immediately provide information contained in notifications and to make them available during the period of holding a position or performing a function and for a period of 6 years after the end of holding a position or performing a function.

Reporting information to the Register involves many important officials, including members of the Council of Ministers, voivodes, mayors and presidents of cities, and treasurers of communes and counties.
